History
Personal Touch Therapies was founded in 1984 to integrate Clinical and Functional treatment models in the School environment. Dr. Kimberly Handy-Scearce, MSPT, DPT, the company's current owner, acquired the company in 2000. Since then, Dr. Handy-Scearce has expanded the company by including home and clinic pediatric therapy services.

Our Mission
Personal Touch Therapies aims to provide pediatric therapy in a professional and empathetic manner. Our goal is to provide staff specifically trained to meet the needs of children with significant support needs in natural environments. We believe in maximizing the efficacy of consultative, functionally integrated therapy, and assuring continuation of programs through life transitions. We tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information, as well as feedback during the therapy session to insure the client's comfort, satisfaction, and progression.
