Pediatric Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist

 

Enthusiastic part-time with the possibility of growing into a full time Therapist to work with children, teams, and families for Home Therapy.  The Therapist will work with Early Intervention children ages 0-3 years old.  This is an exciting opportunity to assist children in reaching their functional goals in the home environment and train for the Coaching method for a "whole" therapy approach to supporting families and their child.

 

Requirements

  • OT or PT License in Colorado

  • Colorado Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required

  • CPR certification

  • PT must practice within the scope of practice as defined by the Colorado Physical Therapy Practice Act.  Physical Therapists will provide a related service to children in a home setting in compliance with IDEA, state and federal laws.

  • OT must practice within the scope of practice as defined by the Colorado Occupational Therapy Practice Act.

  • Organizational skills and time management

  • A team player with problem solving skills, positive attitude, and empathetic communication skills.

  • Integrity to keep sensitive information confidential

  • Must be able to travel to families' homes for therapy and/or schools
